The Kiev Pechersk court terminated the personal guarantee agreement of the oligarch and ex-co-owner Igor Kolomoisky on Privatbank refinancing loans received before the state entered the bank’s capital in the amount of 9 billion hryvnias (about $330 million).
As noted, the third decision in favor of Kolomoisky on Privatbank was made on Saturday, April 20. However, the court decision has not yet entered into force.
It is specified that in 2015 Kolomoisky concluded personal guarantee agreements with the NBU on repayment of five Privatbank refinancing loans. However, Kolomoisky did not comply with his obligations. And later he appealed to the court with a request to terminate the specified guarantee agreements.
Earlier it was reported that Kolomoisky won another trial for Privatbank.
