The Labor Reserves Society proposed opening sports clubs in offices and in production to solve the presidential task of increasing the number of healthy lifestyle advocates among Russian residents. This is reported by Izvestia.
With the corresponding initiative, the organization turned to the Minister of Sports of the country Oleg Matytsin.
According to the publication, the company has already developed guidelines for opening and equipping clubs. The scheme for opening a sports club in the office is as follows. An initiative group of employees forms a sports and athletic society and addresses the “Labor reserves”. Then the company negotiates with the employer. In the case of his approval of the idea, representatives of the company interview employees about their sporting preferences, and taking into account their wishes help in the equipment of the premises.
The president of the company, Ilya Galaev, said that the employer is required to find a premises with an area of 45 square meters to open a sports club. m and purchase simulators or other equipment in the amount of 1 million rubles.
According to experts, it is more profitable for companies to have their own gyms than to pay fitness subscriptions to employees, but only big business can keep their staff in good shape.
